IT Disaster Recovery
NeverBlue IT builds disaster recovery plans that keep your business running through hurricanes, power outages, hardware failures, and ransomware. Your data survives, your team keeps working, and recovery is measured in hours, not weeks.
IT Disaster Recovery
Florida taught us this business
Serving Central Florida means hurricane season is not a hypothetical. Every plan we build answers four questions with specifics: What gets backed up, and how often? Where does it live when your office has no power? How fast can your people work again, and from where? Who does what in the first hour?
The same discipline covers the quieter disasters: the failed server on a Tuesday, the burst pipe, the employee who clicks the wrong link. Ransomware recovery is a disaster recovery problem, and tested backups are why our clients don't pay ransoms.

A plan is only real if it's tested
Plenty of businesses have backups that have never once been restored. We test recovery on a schedule, time it, and report the results, so the plan on paper matches what actually happens under pressure.

Good questions
Frequently asked questions
How fast could we be back up after a ransomware attack?
It depends on your environment and the recovery objectives we set together, which is exactly the point: we agree on target recovery times up front, then test against them, so the answer is a number you've seen proven rather than a guess.
We have backups already. Isn't that enough?
Backups you've never restored are a hope, not a plan. The gap we find most often is untested restores and no plan for where people actually work during the outage.
Do you help with the non-IT side of storm prep?
Our plans cover the technology, but they're written alongside your operational plan: phones rerouted, staff communication, and which systems come first.
