Meet your team

First, you’ll meet your team lead and backup technician. We’ll conduct a document inventory to itemize your computers, systems and passwords. If needed, we’ll work with your existing IT company to manage the changeover on your behalf.

Tell us your challenges

Next, we’ll sit down with you to learn what IT issues have been holding you back. We’ll create a laundry list of problems and work off-hours to resolve them, and then come back the next day to make sure everything’s working just right.
