What this actually costs a small business
The fastest way to waste money on AI is to buy a company-wide rollout before anyone knows what they would use it for. We don't sell it that way. Most of the businesses we deploy AI for have somewhere between five and fifty people, and they start small on purpose.
Licensing is per user, per month, billed like any other seat we manage for you. There is no company minimum and no annual commitment to get started, so you can put it in front of the three or four people who would use it most and add seats when they start asking for them. Consulting and project work is quoted up front against a defined outcome rather than billed against an open-ended hourly meter. Day-to-day support for the tools rides along with the plan you are already on, so there is no separate AI retainer added to your monthly bill.
We are paid the same whether you deploy AI or not. If the hours it would save your team don't cover what it costs, we will tell you, and it will be a short conversation.

What is Claude, and why did NeverBlue IT partner with Anthropic?
Claude is an AI assistant made by Anthropic, an AI safety company. It's strong at reading and writing business documents, and it was built with security and privacy in mind. That matters for the regulated businesses we serve. As a registered Claude partner and authorized reseller, we can license it, deploy it, and support it for you directly.
Is our company data safe with AI?
It depends entirely on which tool you use and how it's set up, which is why setup is the whole job. The business versions of Claude we deploy do not use your files or conversations to train AI models, and we configure access controls and usage policies before rollout.
Do we need technical staff to use AI?
No. We handle the setup, the security, and the maintenance, and we train your team ourselves. If you can use email, you can use the tools we deploy.
