NeverBlue IT is 100% family-owned. Rob Roché founded the company in Michigan more than 30 years ago, and today the family and its leadership team run operations across Southeast Michigan and Central Florida with the same principle they started with: people first, then computers.

Rob Roché
Rob founded the company more than 30 years ago and still sets its direction. His background spans executive technology leadership and information security, including consulting for Fortune 500 companies on compliance, digital forensics, and IT strategy.
Suanne Roché
Suanne holds a mathematics degree from the University of Toledo and brings more than 25 years of business experience. She runs the numbers and keeps a hand in telecommunications operations.
Leo Devine
Seventeen years in technology, more than a decade of them at NeverBlue. Leo leads the technician team and is the client advocate behind the service standards.
Aaron Hunt
Twenty years across technical retail, systems administration, and service companies made Aaron the person clients ask for when they want a complicated answer made simple.
Jacob Roché
Jacob has spent 10+ years at NeverBlue and holds an Information Systems degree from Grand Valley State. He leads the Florida operation.
Austin Obermayer
Austin brings a Michigan State engineering degree and a background in medical device and pharmaceutical work, and completes his University of Florida MBA in spring 2027. He holds Anthropic's Claude certifications and leads NeverBlue's AI practice.
Rachel Obermayer
A Michigan State graduate in Advertising Management and Psychology with an Entrepreneurship minor, Rachel handles accounting and keeps the marketing engine moving.
Our story
Michigan roots, Florida growth
The company started in Southeast Michigan over three decades ago, built on a simple observation: businesses didn't need more technology jargon, they needed someone who would show up, give straight answers, and take responsibility. That reputation grew the Michigan client base, and eventually carried the family to Central Florida, where NeverBlue IT now serves the Orlando region from Windermere.
We hire for personality and passion for service first, then put every recruit through rigorous technical training. It's easier to teach networking than to teach caring. Clients feel the difference, which is why so many relationships here are measured in decades, not contract cycles.
We're a Diamond Business Partner of the Central Florida Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, members of the Manufacturers Association of Central Florida, and active in chambers of commerce and business associations across both states.
