When do I get paid?
The $100 meeting bonus pays within 10 business days of your referral taking a 30-minute intro call with us. The rest pays once they sign and complete their first 60 days as a client. We'll email you at each step so you're never wondering where it stands.
Who counts as a referral?
Any business with 10 or more employees that isn't already a NeverBlue IT client and hasn't been an active prospect of ours in the last 90 days. We'll tell you right away if there's an overlap so you're not left guessing.
What if I can't accept a gift card?
Plenty of people can't, and we planned for it. Attorneys, bankers, credit union staff, and government employees often have rules about accepting anything of value. Choose the charity option instead and we'll donate the full amount to a charity you name, in your honor.
Is there a limit?
Refer as many businesses as you like. Meeting bonuses are capped at $100 per quarter per person, and total rewards at $2,000 per person per calendar year. We'll need a W-9 once your rewards pass $600 in a year, since gift cards are reportable income.
Do I have to be a client to refer someone?
No. Some of our best introductions come from accountants, attorneys, and business owners who've never been clients themselves. The program is open to anyone.
Program terms: Referred business must have 10+ employees, be new to NeverBlue IT, and not have been an active prospect within the previous 90 days. Meeting bonus requires a completed 30-minute call with a decision-maker. Close bonus pays after a signed agreement, first cleared invoice, and 60 days of service. Reward tier is set by employee count on the executed agreement. Meeting bonuses capped at $100 per referrer per quarter; total rewards capped at $2,000 per referrer per calendar year. A W-9 is required before cumulative payments reach $600, and rewards may be reported as income. Not available where a referrer's employer, licensing body, or professional conduct rules prohibit accepting gifts; the charity option is available in those cases. NeverBlue IT may modify or end the program with 30 days' notice, and referrals submitted beforehand are honored under the prior terms.
