Rob Roche


Rob has more than 30 years of experience in the business community handling executive level technology planning, risk management, information security, and digital forensics. He is nationally recognized for his expertise in information security and has consulted for Fortune 500 companies and major financial institutions on internal controls, IT security, data encryption, strategic planning and policy development. He has assisted companies regarding compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Acts and has conducted numerous Banking and Finance Audits. Rob has also assisted companies with information technology strategic planning, stepping in as a temporary CIO when needed. In addition, Rob is a subject matter expert in digital forensics and e-Discovery, and has worked with corporations, law firms and law enforcement agencies on a variety of cases.

Suanne Roche

Vice President of Finance

Suanne graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Her technical abilities and more than 25 years of experience working with businesses made her a natural fit to also assist with the telecommunications area of NeverBlue It.

Aaron Hunt

Vice President of Technology Operations

Aaron has a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and to communicate technical information in a way easily understood by people without a technical background. He has 20 years of experience in various positions in technical retail, systems administration, and service companies.

Leo Devine

Vice President of Client Services

Through the past 10 years at NeverBlue It, Leo has grown to be a trusted leader for fellow technicians as well as the “go-to guy” for clients. Leo has 17 years of technology experience.

Keith Fentress

Director of Client Services

Keith has over 20 years’ experience focusing Technology Teams on the highest of priority – the service we provide. He has held a variety of positions, moving up quickly from a systems engineer to the Manager of a large scale helpdesk. He has an Associate’s degree in Theology and Microsoft Certifications. Keith has the ability to communicate effectively with clients ensuring their technical needs are being achieved with ease and transparency. He brings the personal service touch by exceeding our client expectations and empowering the technical teams to do the same. His goal is to constantly improve the experience so the client can focus on their business and not worry about technology.

Jacob Roche

Vice President | Florida Operation

With more than 10 years of experience with NeverBlue IT, Jacob was instrumental in starting our Florida operation. Jacob earned his degree in Information Systems from Grand Valley State University and currently hold the position of Vice President of our Florida operation. He utilizes his strong technical background and skills to manage the Florida team, while maintaining uptime, operational support and mentoring the staff.

Amanda Benoit

Customer Service Manager | Florida Operation

Amanda Benoit is the Florida Customer Service Manager focusing on managing and ensuring superior service to our entire Florida customer base. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Studio Art from Nicholls State University, with a Master's in Event Management from the University of Central Florida. She was a part of Walt Disney World and Universal Studios management team, and has over 8 years of experience in the customer service industry. In the time Amanda has been with the company, she has been instrumental in improving the customer service experience. Her commitment to excellence has enabled the company to better serve its customers and grow the business. Amanda is a creative and driven professional who is dedicated to delivering the best customer service possible.

Austin Obermayer

Vice President of Business Development

Austin brings over 10 years of experience in the engineering and technology fields, backed by a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. Austin's unwavering passion for computers and technology has been a driving force throughout his career. Demonstrating a remarkable track record of success in competitive and fast-paced environments, Austin excels at fostering business growth and expansion. His approach entails leveraging his expertise in technology, sales, marketing, and communications to devise strategies that align with business objectives, elevate brand visibility, and cultivate robust connections with both prospective and established clients.

Rachel Roche

Vice President of Accounting

Throughout her time at NeverBlue IT, Rachel has handled the accounting duties for the company, while also contributing to marketing when needed. She graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising Management, along with an additional major in Psychology and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Rachel’s strong organizational skills combined with her desire to uphold the best customer service for the clientele, has made her an integral contributor to the NeverBlue IT accounting department.
