Our New Website Is Live!

The new NeverBlue IT website homepage shown in a browser window, with the headline Our new website is live.

The new NeverBlue IT website is live at neverblueit.com. If you’ve visited us before, it isn’t going to look familiar.

We didn’t rebuild it because the old one was ugly. We rebuilt it because it had quietly stopped being true. Over the last few years we’ve added services, added people, and picked up clients in states where we don’t have an office, and almost none of that was anywhere on the site. At some point you stop patching and start over.

So here’s what’s on the new one.

Our Prices Are on the Site

This is the one we went back and forth on the longest. Most IT companies won’t put a number on a web page. You call, you sit through a discovery meeting, and two weeks later somebody finally tells you what it costs. We didn’t want to be one more company doing that.

So ours are published. Plans start at $69 per user per month. Most clients land on Enhanced Security at $119, and the vCIO Partner plan is $179. It’s all month to month. Your real number still depends on what’s actually in your building, and we’d still want to walk it with you before quoting, but you can find out whether we’re in your range without booking a thing.

There’s a calculator on that page too. Put in your headcount, what you’re paying for IT today, and what an hour of downtime costs you, and it’ll show you the difference.

Every Service Has Its Own Page

Nine of them, each with what’s included and who it’s for: managed IT services, onsite support, remote support, cyber security, network design and administration, disaster recovery, business phone systems, outsourced CIO, and AI services. If you’ve ever tried to figure out what an IT company actually does from a wall of checkmarks, these read differently.

Onsite Support Is Front and Center

We still send people to your office. Depending on your plan that’s a scheduled visit daily, weekly, or monthly, and it’s a technician who lives near you, not whoever the dispatch queue hands the ticket to.

It’s a big part of why our pricing looks the way it does. On the old site you had to dig for it. Now it’s on the front page.

Pages for the Industries We Know Best

Law firms, banks and credit unions and accounting firms, manufacturing and construction, and small businesses in general. What compliance demands and what an hour of downtime costs are nowhere near the same across those four, so each one got a page of its own instead of a paragraph.

Remote Support, Nationwide

We support businesses in all 50 states remotely, at roughly 15 percent below the onsite plans, since there’s no scheduled visit labor built in. We’ve been doing it for a while. You’d never have known it from the old site.

AI, Including What It Costs

NeverBlue IT is a certified Claude partner and authorized reseller, and we handle the licensing, security, governance, and training for clients who want to use it.

The page is blunt about money on purpose. “AI consulting” has started to mean a five-figure engagement, and that isn’t what this is. Licensing is per user with no company minimum, so you can start with the three or four people who’d actually use it and add seats when the rest of the team starts asking. We’re also paid the same whether you deploy AI or not, so if the hours it would save don’t cover what it costs, we’ll say so.

If You’re Already a NeverBlue IT Client

Nothing about reaching us has changed. Support requests go to the service desk exactly the way they always have. What’s new is a client support page that puts everything in one spot, so nobody has to dig through old email for the right address.
